Summary:

We are always on the lookout for experienced and organized people to join us as a Costing Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Post deals sent from the Finance Department
  • Prepare floor plan reconciliation monthly
  • Responsible for used car purchases and dealer trades (including billing the deal, preparing MSO’s and any other related task to this process)
  • Update accounting gross profit in the log
  • Ensure logbook is balanced every month
  • Any other administrative/clerk work as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1 years’ experience of costing work in a dealership
  • Advance Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Administrative Skills, Organization, Data Entry
  • Analyzing and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Attention to detail
